Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or machinery
Perform routine maintenance and servicing on company products
Respond to service requests and provide technical support
Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and part replacements
Coordinate with customers and provide recommendations for repairs
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during service work
Assist in training customers or staff on proper equipment use
Keep tools and equipment in good working condition
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

With NCII
Experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy equipment
Willing to travel for field service work (if required)
No pending case in barangay or criminal records

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate driver performance through metrics such as safety records, fuel efficiency, and delivery timelines.
Licensing and Permits: Ensure that all vehicles are properly licensed and that drivers have the necessary permits.
Safety Regulations: Implement policies to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, accidents, and driver logs.
Budget Preparation: Develop annual budgets for fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel expenses, and insurance.
Cost Analysis: Analyze fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and repair expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and fuel supplies.

Reporting: Prepare reports and present insights on fleet performance to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvements based on data analysis and industry trends.
Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and enhance driver safety.
Accident Management: Manage accident reporting, investigations, and claims processes.
Training Programs: Implement ongoing safety training programs for drivers to ensure compliance with safe driving practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course
Knowledgeable in Safety Regulations: Implement policies to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
