One morning of June 2023, the President and CEO of the Salient Pearl Corporation (SPC) contacted the Human Resource Manager of Asahi Networks Philippines, a Japanese company, to conduct a team building and workshop needed by their employees for pandemic activity. The communication has been successful and finally set the date of the workshop after considering all the needed activities during the workshop. On July 18, 2023, SPC team went to Makati Diamond Residences to Facilitate a one day training and workshop for 19 employees inclusive of managers and operations.

SPC conducted a training tailored-fit for their current needs "Work Attittude and Value Enhancement". The workshop aims to facilitate discovery of personal purpose that each participant can use to direct their work life. Strengthen congruence of personal and corporate values to guide daily decisions in the work place. Introduce the importance of culture among the participants and facilitate reflective efforts and commitment to excellence. Commit to a plan of action to personal growth and significant professional contribution.
